I was able to get hold of Diane regarding this
request. She informed me that the scanner seems to
be working fine at the moment. I asked her to
observe the scanner and if it re-occurs we will
sent out a tech to look at it.

Diane is having trouble keeping her scanner
connected to to her computer; in that, it is
constantly reading the "interface not connected"
error message and not working for days on end.
However, it does work occasionally, she's just
sick of dealing with it not working more often
than not.
