Restarted computer and the printer is now printing
documents.

She called in stating that she was unable to print
a document she needed. I walked her through
reconnecting her computer to the printer and she
was still unable to printer and received the error
message "Some printing functionality is
unavailable". She would like someone to come take
a look at it as soon as possible and will be in
her office the rest of the day.
