I was able to get hold of Cat and realize the
reason she couldn't print from the web browser is
it was out of date. Uninstalling and reinstalling
the printer driver solve the problem.

As of late today, the main printer/copier has 
stopped printing documents from internet (other 
sites, our website, ) as well as foxitreader 
docs, or just now, word doc.  However, it does 
work if simply copying rather than transmitting 
docs.

Printer is:  AD-ProvostCopier on krusty

Harddrive is:  20130864[Edit Inv]

Could you expedite solution on Friday?  thanks!
