Ruby Tidwell	Sep 09, 2015 04:06 PM	Met with Sharon; her ink had expired in 2013, and then she was gone on sabbatical for a year, so the printer hadn't been used. I was able to print anyway, and showed her how, but recommended that she get new ink as soon as possible so that she wouldn't encounter the HP error message after each print. Also reconfigured her other printers, as they were still mapping from Bart (vs. Krusty)	Add Attachment

While there is ink in the machine, it says that it has expired. I don't know if that is what the problem is or not. Could you please have someone come take a look at it for me?
