I was able to get hold of Janeanne and fix the
problem with her computer not loading window. It
work just fine.

She was working on her laptop last night when it
shut off abruptly on her. She waited until this
morning to try to turn it back on but it wouldn't
start up. She tried starting it on her docking
station and off of it but nothing worked. The
power button will turn on for a second but then
turn off. She is available today until 5 and
tomorrow from 10:30-5.
