Check with Kathy regarding the problem with the
keyboard typing all caps and realize the keyboard
was faulty. Swapping with another keyboard solve
the problem.

She called in on behalf of Dr. Patrick Graham
stating that he plugs in his laptop to his monitor
and he is only able to type in caps. He would like
someone to come down and help him out as soon as
possible. He will be in the office all day but
contact Kathy for assistance.
