When he tries to open it, he gets an error and I think it¿s because he needs more RAM. His PC has 4GB. Faye can run the report fine, but I¿m not sure how much memory she has. I told Rob to close everything except Banner and Excel and see if it will run. So¿is there a way to get him more memory or a new PC (not today, but eventually)? I had him send a screenshot of his current specs. He said Darin should be fine approving an upgrade. Max	Add Attachment PC.gif
