She mentioned that it will work for a while but
stop working in a few days; I told her to call
back if it happened again (just her station, not
anyone else in the office)

She called in stating that some days her computer
will connect to the printer and other days it
won't. She would like someone to come down and
reconnect it for her so it stays connected. She is
available all day today and tomorrow and would
like a phone call before you head over.
