There is a capability issue, using it mac vs pc,
she is good to go

She installed her personal external drive on her
WOU computer and it says it downloads the drivers
but never shows up anywhere to access them.  They
tried the computer folder and devices and it just
doesn't have anything listed.

She is around today till 10 and has meetings the
rest of the day but can be flexible if someone can
make it after 10.  Call her extension before
heading over.
