Computer has been fixed. It needs to be logged in
when hardwired in by user and has to have John or
Megan to make sure she can log in correctly when
she picks up the device.

She stopped by the office to pick up her computer
but she was having trouble adding adobe
illustrator to this computer. She left the
computer and would like this to be added to her
computer. She would also like to be an admin. The
computer is upfront at the desk.

for removal use T:\Adobe
CCE\CCEPackages\CC2015\CC2015serialized_WIN\RemoveVolumeSerial

To install on laptop use T:\Adobe
CCE\CCEPackages\CC2015\CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe 
then install a base of Acrobat, Photoshop Indesign
using UCSadobe ID then log out of CCdesktop and
run serialization- T:\Adobe
CCE\CCEPackages\CC2015\CC2015serialized_WIN\AdobeSerialization.exe

check to see if Acrobat and other apps don't show
as trial(I can not remember if this serialized
Acrobat or not and may need to be tested)  Show
end user how to make adobe ID and login to
CCDesktop app to download other software in the
Ccc2015 suite(or older versions)  They should be
serialized on this station automatically

Aldrich to move from Student station to her.  It
will need to be un-serialized then uninstalled

Cheri Freedman is contact and this ticket is for
her since she didn't pull up in directory

She is missing MS Access and Adobe suite
(illustrator, Pro, In-design) on the computer that
was handed down to her.  She needs the same
software that she has on her desktop.  She left
the laptop up at SRD.

Inventory also needs to changed to reflect this
laptop under her name.
