Kevin Thibeault	Oct 02, 2015 03:28 PM	**This is an email Hi, Adobe Creative cloud is on this new laptop, but I am unable to install any of the applications. It just says, "ACCESS denied. You are not eligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements. Learn more" I mostly want to use Acrobat DC to start with. What are the steps I need to take? Also, I was unable to connect to an Adobe Connect room on the new laptop because it said I needed to download flash. I tried, but it still doesn't work. Should I put in a new ticket for this help? Tricia Flaherty	Sep 22, 2015 04:44 PM	Also is getting Adobe Creative Cloud user subscription so please install the base creative cloud desktop app. Use T:\Adobe CCE\CCEPackages\CC2015\CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe but no Adobe programs need to be installed as she will be able to do that once she has accepted the invite to use Adobe CC which I will also be emailing her about this week	Add Attachment
