replace Ethernet cord with longer on.  Ran cord 
against wall rather than over door.  tested 
internet connection.

She called in stating that she needs a longer
internet cord for her office but didn't know how
long her current cord was. She will be in her
office all day today except from 1:30-3:30 and all
day tomorrow but would like to receive a phone
call before stopping by.
