She called in stating that she updated her Firefox
yesterday and it went through and worked fine. She
got back to campus today and again her Firefox
said it needed updating. She says this has been
happening a lot and would like someone to come
down and update her Firefox and Internet explore
so that she wont have to do it again tomorrow. She
is in until 3 today.
