set up printer

She called and needs help with her printer. It is
telling her to Run something but she is not sure
why or how.

Called Andrea and let her know about the ink - we
delivered and installed the setup ink, but haven't
had new ink come through here yet.  

She hadn't tested the printer yet, but will call
if she needs help.

Mary Ellen DelloStritto said that they ordered new
ink when they ordered the printer and wondered
about its status (was the included ink setup ink
or regular?)

Set up, but Andrea had left for the day, so I
wasn't able to configure with her laptop.

She will try to install and call if she runs into
any problems

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A local USB HP printer needs to
be setup and delivered to Andrea Hugmeyer
(ext.89657) in WUC 106C (Abby's House) for use
with laptop W#20140697[Edit Inv]. Mary Ellen Dello Stritto
placed the order. The WOU # of the printer is
20150167[Edit Inv] and is on the counter in ITC 008.
