reach-out to Tricia about getting specs for a new
printer.At the moment they are printing fine.

Still having this issue, the jobs start to process
but never ends up at the printer.

I was able to get hold of Adria. She informed me
that the printer sometimes give problem when some
users try printing it just keep  processing for
very long time. Restarting the printer usually
help resolve the problem. I told her to contact us
any time it happens again. But at the moment the
printer works just fine.

I spoke with Adria and she said any time from
1:00pm today would be the best time to get hold of
her.

The printer in MNB 219 is having some issues
again.  It¿s doing something where it prints the
first page of a document and then just says
¿processing¿ and never completes printing the
remaining pages, and then print jobs that are sent
after that do not print either.  It¿s been doing
this more and more frequently lately, and we have
to keep restarting it and then resending print
jobs to get it to start working again, which
sometimes takes a few tries.  Not sure if there¿s
something that can be done to prevent this from
happening, but it seems to be happening to
everyone who prints to that printer.  The WOU ID
for the printer is 20080201[Edit Inv], and it¿s ¿NU-Saline
on krusty.¿
