So, Linda called back.She can now log-on to her
mac-book.No spinning problem or network
connectivity issues. So, far no problem in the
past 3 days.Closing task.

What I did so far:
I tried deleting the preference list from the
system-Config folder because it wasn't updating
the information when reconnected to the Wifi.So, I
tried to log back in without the wifi and it
works.I explained to her what to do next - and we
should expect a feedback tomorrow regarding the test.

This computer has had many problems.  The issue
now is error "network account unavailable" and
just spins and won't let her log in.  She has
tried restarting many times and never lets her in.

She is going to drop off the laptop at SRD.  I
will note when it has arrived.
