Uninstalled the  old Java8 v45 and reinstalled
Java 8 v60.Banner works fine now.

When she clicks on the banner icon she gets the
error "this webpage is not available". She hasn't
logged into banner in a long time and is now
having issues. She is around all day today and
tomorrow.
