She was also having issue printing from Medicat 
to her printer in the office.  I edited the local 
resources section in the Medicat remote desktop 
link and enabled local printers.

The program was not starting up when she logged 
in.  The settings were set for it to do this but 
it was not working so I added the program to the 
windows startup.  It is now starting up when she 
restarts her computer.  We tested Medicat and it 
was scanning properly now.

She called and asked for someone to come down
today and help her with her scanner. She will be
around all day.

Called down to the SHCC and asked for Juli she is
not around and might not be around Monday either.
I asked Diane to have her call us first thing when
she gets in so we can send someone down.

The remote scan is still not working.  The medicat
person was supposed to come but didn't.  She needs
it fixed.  It will start working and she can use
it until she logs off and then it doesn't work
again.  It will also not print documents which it
used to be able to do.

She is only in till noon

She was told that it would be fixed today but it
is still having the same issue.  She is in
tomorrow morning and will log on and then give us
a call for updates.

We can get the Scanner to work each day but once
they come in in the morning it is not working
again.I sent Ranjit down to get it going but Tunde
when you get in can you go investigate on why this
happens to them every day.

I went there. So the problem is after she shuts
down the computer the scanner software is gone but
if she logs off it's still there. Yesterday I
fixed two of the computers over there and only one
of those is having that problem. The other is
working fine. 
I figured out that this computer has a different
Remote Scan software installed in the computer and
all the other computers has a different one. I
tried looking out for the same software I didn't
find it.
I made it work but it will work until the computer
is shut down.
I will go there with John this afternoon.

She called in stating that she is still unable to
user her scanner. She logged in this morning and
went to medicat and tried to use her scanner but
she received the error "No remote scanner
available". She said this scanner is vital to her
doing her job and she would like this to be fixed
as soon as possible. She is in all day today and
tomorrow but would like a phone call before you
stop by.

For this solution we need to check if the scanner
is working and the drivers in installed correctly.
Install the scanner. They have the Epson DS-6500
scanner for everyone over there.
After that install RemoteScan Enterprise Server
10.611 because they want the scanner to work on
the Windows Server 2008 R2. After the installation
is complete you will have a icon on the right side
below. Right click on it and connect it to the
scanner. Open the server you'll find a reset
scanner option in the desktop reset it and it will
work.

Juli has lost her connect to remote scan she would
like someone to come by and fix this for her.
