I tried to login to the laptop it was stuck up in
welcome screen so I bought it back to the office
to reimage it and then it started working and I
asked Dyl to login and it didn't showed any
problem so I took the laptop back to the check out
desk at Library.

A student checkout laptop in HL isn't allowing
users to log in. When they enter the information
they receive the spinning log in page but it never
brings them to the home screen. Its at the Check
Out Desk in the Library.
