I was able to get hold of Adriana and check the
problems some student were encountering logging
into the computer at SEP. With series of trouble
shooting done on the system I realize the machine
hard drive was full with user profiles. I brought
the machine over to UCS and re-image it. Now it
works just fine.

I spoke with Adriana and she inform me that
students have been encountering the problem the
entire week. I told her to give us a call if she
comes across any user that is having difficulties
logging in the system because we would like to see
the error.

Hello,

We are still experiencing this problem. I had one
student go to UCS to fix the problem and when she
tried logging on again, it wouldn't let her. If
someone could come again, I would really
appreciate it. Anytime works, except between 12-1:30

Hello,

We have been encountering a problem where students
can't log onto the school computers, even though
they have their right username and password. The
students that have had this problem are new
freshmen. Can I please have someone come and check
the two computers out?
