I just replaced each printer with wou#:(W20130056
and W20130057) with new maintenance kits. Also,
did a full cycle clean-up on both printers.No more
smearing stains while printing.

Hello,

I wanted to let you know that the printers in the
writing center (Lab WUC and Lab WUCColor) have
been printing my items with a grey background (ie
on basic word docs when the background should be
white it's grey instead) and I think they made
need some attention.
