The ADF on the scanner is faulty.But, the scanner
bed below is till working.Crystal will be working
with that till we can get the ADF fixed.

Crystal called in stating that she was using her
scanner this morning and she put a document on it
and closed the lid. A piece of plastic broke off
during this and now the scanner is asking to
"please close the lid" but it is already closed.
She is available all day today and tomorrow for
someone to stop by and help her out.
