Completed working on professor Lauren machine the
issue was faulty power supply. I also realized she
has window XP on her machine which we no more
support. I didn't re-image her machine because I
felt she have some files save locally. I already
return and schedule to meet with her.

I went over to Lauren's office today.Because she
had problems accessing her H:/drive and printer.
By the way that issue was resolved.

Lauren would like know when she would get her
machine back.Also,Lauren has requested if she
could keep the loaner machine. Kindly, follow-up
on her request. 

Check Lauren office she wasn't around but one of
her co-worker give me access to her office. I did
some trouble shooting on the machine and realize
the power supply is faulty. I brought the machine
to the office and swap the power supply with one
of the used Dell optiplex 960 in our office. The
resolve the problem.

She called in stating that she tried to start up
her computer but its not asking for her username
or password. She is in the computer lab right now
working on some papers but you can reach her at
