As for the second issue, I moved the foot pedal
successfully -- uninstalled ExpressScribe on the
old machine and installed using the previous
license key on the new one in Todd 310.

Talked with Dr. Hoover and gave her all the updates.

For the first issue: (freezing computer)
Ran updates, launched and saved word and notepad
files to H:/, checked for missing drivers, etc.  I
wasn't able to replicate the problem.

Hello - Computer 20130658[Edit Inv] has been freezing in
multiple applications (Notepad and Word). Work
that was saved prior to it freezing does not show
up on the K drive afterward. 
The computer is in lab Todd Hall 305. You are
welcome to come at any time - no need to coordinate.

Also, there are four transcription pedals in the
lab TH 305. We are wanting to temporarily move one
down to another lab 310 so that we have more
options for doing work; there is one computer in
TH 310. However, I am aware the express scribe has
to be registered to each computer. Is there
another registration code we can use or will the
same code work on the new computer? Please advise.
Please move the pedal from computer: 20130659[Edit Inv] in
TH 305. You are welcome to complete this at any
time - no need to coordinate.

Both of these issues are of significant importance
as they effect multiple faculty members work.
Please update me.
