Ticket Agent is opened through IE and IE was old
version and all the other browsers were not
updated so it was not working. I did the browsers
update and windows update and then it worked.

This laptop was set up with a personal username
and password to get into it that everyone would
use that is aloud to use the laptop. This laptop
has the program Ticket Agent on it. When Glen
signs into his account with his portal username
and password he does not get this Program. He
would like the computer set up so that when he
uses his account info to sign in he can use Ticket
Agent. 

He dropped off the Laptop and it is on my desk.
