Jonathan can you please deliver this printer to NS
204 and bring back the loaner printer that is in
there right now. Please make sure to test print
you can take your laptop and test it by that if
you need.

Also there is another paper tray in NS 204 on the
ground next to the loaner printer that goes to the
printer I just fixed. Please make sure to put that
back on when you deliver this.

I installed a new drum and toner cartridge (bought
by UCS. The printer is printing great prints now
and is all fixed.

Hi there, this printer is still having issues.  it
gets stuck in "adjusting image quality" or "toner
low" messages and fails to finish a print job.

Jeanie,

I took apart the printer yesterday and order parts
for it. I will get it back as soon as the parts
get in. Is there a need for a smaller loaner to be
put in its place until the parts get here?

Hi Jeanie,

I'm sorry to say it, but the printer in NS 204 is
still not working properly.  It makes a terrible
noise while printing and frequently gets stuck in
"adjusting image" mode.  Something needs to be
done.  (I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news!)

Ranjit went and tested the printer, the print outs
look good. 

I emailed Jeanie to update her and let her know
that I was going to close this ticket. If she
needed info on supplies I would be happy to help
her with that as well.

Checked on the printer; the paper clarity wasn't
as as sharp us ours.So, the existing cartridge in
the printer has to be changed. I'll talk to Jeanie
about procuring a new ink cartridge.

lower toner, replaced toner, print outs look
horrible.
