Our student worker (Meghann Thilberg) will be in 
the office Thursday from 11am to 2pm and I will 
have her do the backup.  Once completed we will 
contact you and let you know a good time to set-
up the new equipment.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer and monitor
need to be setup and delivered to Jennifer Keen in
ITC 204 for use as a student worker station. The
WOU # of the new computer is 20140711[Edit Inv] and the new
monitor is 20130998[Edit Inv]. The WOU # of the old computer
is 20101162[Edit Inv] and the old monitors are 20080334[Edit Inv] and
20080336[Edit Inv]. The new equipment is on the GFA shelf in
the hallway.

Jennifer,
I am looking at your request to replace two
stations in the Center for Academic Innovation.
This station is eligible for general fund
replacement, I just need to know if the end user
station description is correct:

If you could let me know any additional
information on this station and if you or some one
else should be the contact on its replacement that
would get me started. 

The second station you mentioned is a TRI owned
station and is not eligible for general fund
replacement.  Any request for replacement and
subsequent purchase would need to come from the TRI.

W#20100691[Edit Inv] is TRI property and I am checking with
Nancy Ganson on the ownership of it.
 W#20101162[Edit Inv] is listed as CAI(old DEP) student
station and is GFA eligible I just need to make
sure it is still a student worker station and not
assigned to a certain end user in CAI

Hello,

I work in the Center for Academic Innovation over
in ITC 204. We have two staff computer's that are
2010s. We were hoping you could swap them out for
newer ones? The computer's WOU numbers are:
20101162[Edit Inv] & 20100691[Edit Inv].
