Task reassigned to Self Resolved.

Margaret came by with her laptop and charger, the
charger was not a wou charger. I told her that the
issue is probably due to the bad charger. Let her
know that we could give her a loaner but she said
that we can close the ticket and if she needs to
borrow a charger she was call us. 

Status changed from (7) Waiting for Contact to (1) Pending

Computer is running really slow and it always says
the battery is low.  She has to keep it plugged in
while she is working on it.  When she starts the
computer it makes a funny noise and the charger
gets really hot.

She backed up all of her files but is going to
back up some more data.  Laptop is with her.


She is going to drop it off at SRD when she backs
everything up.
