I was able to get hold of Sylvia and realize one
of the monitor cable was faulty. Changing that
solve the problem.

Hello,

I am having trouble with my two monitors
again--only one is detected by the computer.  I
actually switched the cables last time I had an
issue, got them both working again, and now it is
the other monitor that is not showing up.  I guess
this means that the monitors are both fine and
that there is an issue with the cables.  Would it
be possible to get my cables replaced to see if
that resolves the issue?

Hello,

I had issues a few weeks ago with my 2nd monitor
not being detected and someone came in to fix it.
 It is acting up again...can I get someone to come
by again?  I'm in MNB 134.
