Regarding the case of the missing monitor:
The monitor delivered was 20140733[Edit Inv] - I'm very sorry for 
the confusion!  I'll let Sarah know as well.. and a good 
note to myself to always verify before delivery.

So the problem was the deactivation process was
not clear in the program or in any online
documentation but I talked with their support and
they gave me a method for removing activation code
on her old box which I have done this morning, and
which should allow you to now activate on new box.
 Obviously just removing the software on a lab
station without the deactivating would not have
worked.  I am going to add a text file detailing
the deactivation process.  LEt me know if the new
station is still reporting not enough licenses.

Megan - I'll be in later today, but could you ask 
Tricia if this might work, and if so, send someone 
over to do the activation?  HLM is already 
installed, it just needs the code (it prompts for 
it when launched)

If you're busy or run into snags I can work on it 
this afternoon - just stick it back in my queue.

of one of my lab computers (for HLM) and move it 
to my office computer so I can work on HLM today?

To HLM support,

We are trying to reinstall for an end user one of
the 6 licenses on this April 2013 order of HLM
7(order#DP-13-041813-9718).  The software was
uninstalled from the users old station and attempt
was made by the tech in the field to reinstall on
the users new replacement station.  The tech is
reporting that the license won't activate and
giving a message that all the licenses are in use.
 How do we resolve this licensing issue.

Set up & installed HLM, but wasn't able to 
activate (no activations left on that code).  
We need to uninstall/deactivate that code on 
the old machine first.

Other than this, please join to AD and ready to 
go.  Whoever sets this up with Dr. Brannan, 
please finish the HLM activation.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer and monitor
need to be setup and delivered to Debi Brannan in
TODD 330. You may also contact Linda Kunze (ext.
88344) for setup info. The WOU # of the new
computer is 20140712[Edit Inv] and the new monitor is
20140728[Edit Inv]. The WOU # of the old computer is
20110132[Edit Inv] and the old monitor is 20101502[Edit Inv]. The new
equipment is on the GFA shelf in the hallway.
