Dyl logged in and tested that the printer is setup
and that you can see the option you need to print
with the paper type she has asked to print on.
Emailed Jen to let us know if she has any other
issues.

Thanks so much for the update. I'm sorry I did not
think to contact Epson, it did not occur to me
that they might change their drivers but still
offer those other papers! Good news that there is
a recommend setting that we can choose for best
results.

Yup I used the T:\Epson Stylist Pro 3880

It didn't gave me any error while I was 
installing the driver. John was saying we should 
try to delete the old driver that was installed 
and then try it again.

It looks like this is a driver we've used in the 
past:  T:\Epson Stylist Pro 3880

Is that the one you tried, Ranjit?

I also remember last year when we re-imaged over 
the summer, there were some settings we changed 
through a browser -- enabling this kind of paper 
usage.. I can't remember the details

Hello -
I received a call asking me to check one station
where a new printer driver was apparently
installed (#20150037). What I saw was essentially
the same exact paper options as the other day when
I initiated the request. The paper I provide
frequently, that is used for almost all projects
in my classes (in ITC210) is the "Premium
Presentation Paper Matte". That option was always
available before but is no longer. See the
attached image for an idea of what we use and what
the options are now. Let me know if you have
questions.

It was scheduled for today at 3:15. I went there 
and installed the older driver that she wants on 
one iMac 20150037[Edit Inv]. She had told us that the 
printers were working fine, it was just that she 
doesn't have many options that use to show up 
before. 
I have left a voice message for her mentioning 
that I have installed a different driver in one 
iMac and asked her to check it if it has all the 
options she wants. Haven't heard back from her.

We might get a call back from her tomorrow and If 
that's working we need to put the same driver in 
all other 20 computers. and if it's not working 
we'll be needing to do some research. We have 
already installed the latest driver before and 
this one is the older one. In case it wont work 
have to look up for something else.

Hi -
The Epson 3880 inkjet printers ("Picasoo" and
"Kandinski") don't seem to have the same drivers
installed as before the recent computer
change-out. We do a lot of printing on different
Epson papers¿especially matte¿and don't have
enough options listed currently to accurately
reflect our printing needs. For example, we often
use 'Premium Presentation Paper Matte' but no
longer have that choice in the media type menus.
It would be great if we could get the systems
equipped with the drivers with more choices.
