There were a few issues, so just swapped out the 
hard drive with an identical model.

Looked like a PSU failure; replaced with another 
PSU from the office, but still won't power on.  
Amber 3 light is on when I press the power button

The computer is not turning on.  They have held
down the power button for 10seconds and the only
thing it does is turn orange, the power button. 
The power supply light is not on in the back of
the tower.
