I returned her back the iPad case, blue tooth key
cords, power block, iPad keyboard and all the
cables that were there.

some cables. She would like this back. Please call
her when you can about this.

work and they need to get a new one. She told me 
to dispose this ipad.

Hello, 
A student returned an iPad (WOU # 20121166) that
was checked out to her because it is not turning
on.  We plugged it in for a while, and I tried the
method indicated at
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412
(including trying a different power block and cable). 

It is waiting for pickup at the Checkout Desk, on
the hold shelf.
