Megan,

Based on the description in the email from Lyn, it
sounds like a sound card / .wav preferred
application / or even just a physical speaker
connection is what changed and needs addressed. I
think sending a tech to investigate the speaker
connection or Windows settings would be the best
next step. I don't think Lyn is looking for help
with voicemail as much as she needs .wav files to
play on her computer the way she is used to.

That being said, I've left the PIN code to her
voicemail box (123123) with her program assistant,
if that really is the issue. I haven't made any
changes to Lyn's voicemail or phone.

I was able to get hold of Ayer and return her
machine after it been image. I had her files
backup before imaging the machine. Everything work
just fine.

Hello John -- or anyone who sees this note:
PLEASE DO NOT ERASE MY COMPUTER info until you
save my FileMakerPro 13 database and software.  It
is not something I have on my laptop, nor on the
loaner computer in my office.  This is a critical
database for my work and one which I may not be
able to replicate.  It also contains confidential
information.
I will be in my office tomorrow morning 10:00-noon.

Hello:

You have my computer at UCS -- and, as I said to
the tech's who were in my office,  I need to make
quite sure that you save my FileMakerPro 13 and
FileMakerPro database.  It forms the basis for my
project work and I cannot function without it. I
also cannot reconstruct it AND it has confidential
material in the database.   I notice it was not
something installed on the loaner computer -- and
I just want to make quite sure that it is not
wiped off my computer that is with you before you
set me up again. It is not on my laptop -- just on
my main computer at my office.  Thanks.

Completed working on Lyn's machine and ready to be
deliver. I re-image the system and loaded the
special software she use on a regular basis.

Jonathan did finish the setup. 

Today morning I checked everything and it was all 
good. I took the computer back to her. 
When she login it went back to the same one that 
was before we did the imaging.

John R. was saying it might be because Jonathan 
might have not formatted the disk before imaging 
so it has 2 windows and when she login it's 
pulling the old one only.

The computer is not giving display. I haven't been

it's giving a 1 2 3 error opti-plex 990.

Did windows update, browser update, malware
anti-virus, sophos scan, ccleaner, revo
uninstaller. But nothing worked. It's still slow.
When you type something, the first work will show
up after you're tying 4th word.

Computer keeps freezing up and delays.  If she is
typing, it will take awhile to respond and then it
speeds up.  It has had this problem before and the
issue has come back.  Everything seems to be
running very slow.

She is in tomorrow at 10-1130
