We also setup the format printer with the driver
from the CD you left for us. Please let me know if
you are still having issues.

Jen,

We've been working on your SR58499 to find out why
you can't choose Premium Presentation Paper Matte.
We have tried many drivers and still wasn't able
to find that option. I reached out to Epson today
and they told me the following:

So when using the Premium Presentation Paper Matte
you will choose Ultra Premium Presentation Matte.
Basically Epson changed their driver because that
setting works for both paper types.

I have a tech going over there now to check to
make sure that all the computers have this option.
We will also figure out the driver issue in
ITC210C today.

Megan Eichler: When installing the driver for
Epson Stylus Pro 3800 on a iMac (10.10.5) I can't
find where I can print using "Premium Presentation
Matte"  This isn't an option under the "Matte"
paper media type within the driver.

Hello -
I'm following up on a request from last week...
regarding the update of the Mac in ITC210 C (the
small back room of the ITC210 lab; station WOU id
#20150047). When the new Mac was setup, none of
the necessary print drivers were installed. There
is an older Epson (2200) and¿very importantly¿the
large-format Epson 9890 (WOU #20110540), connected
to that system. I have a cd for the 9890 but no cd
drive on these new Macs. Very soon I will have a
class projects that requires use of that printer,
so this is pretty urgent.

She is going to leave the back door unlocked for
tech access.

In the back of the room, there is a format
printer.  The computer doesn't have the correct
print drivers to print to this printer.  She has
the software on a disk but the Macs don't have the
drive to download the disk and driver.
