Talked with Tim - he maybe has some photos 
saved that he'd like me to try to recover, but 
otherwise isn't concerned about losing data.  
We are free to reimage.

He's on vacation next week, so doesn't need a 
loaner.

He called asking about the status.  He said he
isn't 100% sure if he needs to back up anything
but thinks he has it all backed up.  He's waiting
for a call from someone about what's next.

Attempted to power on normally and with startup 
repair; both failed.

Brought machine back to the office.  I haven't 
talked to Timothy about his data, so please do 
not reimage/format at this point.

Computer started up in repair mode and then said
it couldn't fix itself and then turned off.  He
can't log onto his computer.

He is around till 330 today.
