NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer and monitor need to be 
setup and delivered to Amy Harwell in DFSC 118. The WOU # of 
the new computer is 20140727[Edit Inv] and the new monitor is 
20140742[Edit Inv]. The WOU # of the old computer is 20110847[Edit Inv] and the 
old monitor is 20110965[Edit Inv]. The new equipment is on the GFA shelf 
in the hallway.

Dr. Harwell's computer is still having the same
issues, and some new ones, after your techs just
worked on it, and is now basically unusable; 
please re-open this ticket.

Task completed. Checked the background running
programs on machine and run clean up on the hard
disk. Machine is working perfectly now.

Hello to All,

Yes, Jeanie, those are the correct bar code
numbers on my machines.

The reason that I haven't asked UCS for a repair
is that it has been annoying to use, but not
impossible to use. I am having a lot of slowdowns.
Slow loading, flaky acting with software, but I
have been limping it along. It seems to me (based
on my PC experience) that it may be an operating
system or software problem rather than a hardware
problem (but I am not an expert here).
