Hello,
One of our office laptops is well behind on
operating system upgrades and I'm hitting some
snags because of it. The OS is 10.6.8. The WOU #
is 20100332[Edit Inv]. Can I get the operating system
upgraded? How long would something like that take
(i.e. would you need to keep the laptop for a
length of time)?
