Ranjit Kayastha	Jun 13, 2016 04:13 PM	Transferred all her files to the external hard drive and then back to her machine. I have all her files saved on the external drive and also her laptop will be in my desk and will save it for 3 weeks. Transferred all her chrome, Firefox and safari bookmarks. Transferred her iCal archive to Calendar as she requested. Windows parallel was not working. I did a new setup and also installed all the necessary software from my account but when she logs in windows parallel starts fresh. http://kb.parallels.com/en/9303 This solved the issue. Setup all her printers and all her drives. DONE!!	Add Attachment

Tricia Flaherty	Nov 12, 2015 10:43 AM	**This is an email** sent on 11-9-2015 Hi Tricia, The techs at UCS have been trying to reach me to give me my new laptop, but I am realizing that we didn't purchase the software needed for the windows programs like sigmaPlot. I will need to have a conversation with my division chair and right now we are triaging another situation so this is probably going to go on the back burner. As much as I am very eager to get my new machine, I don't want to give up my current one until I have all my software on the new one. Thus, I am going to suggest we put this off until December and look into it at the end of the term/early winter break if that works for the folks in your office. Let me know. - Ava	Add Attachment
