Removed print drivers using print management,
readded the printer to pull the correct driver.  

Uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, that fixed
her minimizing issue and printing issue. She is
good to go.

Can you look into this for me, let me know how the
printer is setup, locally or on the network, do we
need to change settings on krusty?

She just got a new computer: WOU# 20150176[Edit Inv] and a 
new printer.

When she goes to print something in her email it will not 
allow her to select landscape. She was having this same 
issue on her old machine as well.

Also, When she does to minimize the browser it does 
nothing. She can open emails on the browser and move 
around but can not minimize the browser.

I asked her to take a video on her phone of this just 
incase it stops happening.
