I spoke a customer representative regarding
service request. She ask me for the error code
that the machine is given which is
91,720,00:244940. She said one of their technician
will head over here to look at the printer. The
reference number she give me is 20896612[Edit Inv]. The tech
will give us a call before coming over to fix the
machine.

The printer stopped working again this Saturday. 
There is an error that pops up and is making a
loud noise now.

Multiple people have tried printing to Lab-24hour
and nothing is going through.  The error says it
is unavailable.  The printer has been restarted
and same error pops up.
