Machine was stuck at startup repair; restarted 
and launched Windows normally with success.

I reminded her to back up any locally saved 
data in case this is a recurring issue.

Computer will not start.  It comes up to a
diagnostic screen.  The computer is hooked to the
TV, no monitor.
