I called the provost office this morning and spoke
with the receptionist. She said I could come in
anytime and work on the machine. The problem with
the machine not printing from the network printer
was due to faulty driver.

Hi,

On my office computer in the Provost office (Admin
202) (cpu unit #20130724) when I have a MS Word or
Excel document to print to the ProvostCopier
printer on "krusty"

the document will not print.  If I first save it
as a pdf version, it will print.

This happened about a year ago and UCS resolved. 
Look forward to a repeat performance!
