Office activated on 2010 laptop, printer 
functioning normally on desktop, and walked him 
through Creative Cloud activation on 2014 laptop.  
He had to reset password.

Good morning - I cannot use my Adobe products on
my laptop and Office on my laptop needs to be
activated w/i 10 days.  Could you please send me
activation keys for these so that I can use them?
 Or I could bring the laptop in this week if we
schedule a time.

Additionally, the printer in my office has not
worked since the new operating system was put on
my computer, and needs to be set up.

Could you meet me at 12:30 tomorrow in NS 214?
