I was able to get hold of Linda and troubleshoot
the issue with the printer. I realize that the
network cable was faulty. Changing the network
cable on the printer solve the problem.

The printer in Todd 317 is not printing.  Linda 
said the lab is usually open and we can come in 
anytime.
