I re-added the printers on both computers. But, 
for reason the users kept getting a dialog-box 
asking for a user name and password.

We are having some problems printing to the Xerox
color laser printer (WOU id# 20140678) in ITC210.
Especially Macs 20150027[Edit Inv] & 20150029[Edit Inv] (closest to
back room)... they can sometimes print with
success and other times not even when the settings
are exactly the same.

For example, a 2-page PDF printed might do fine
with page 1, but page #2 never prints. Or, when
the student approaches the printer it is asking
for the manual feeder to have a sheet loaded in
it, even when the manual feed option was not selected.
