Went over to Shannon's office - he wasn't at the 
office(resumption time: 11am ).Susan was around to help 
out.

All three printers were installed successfully:

Richo copier-TRI color(uses a special code for printing)
Krusty -TRI-TRILJ800
Krusty-TR-EarlyChild

All test prints worked fine.
