I movies installed.Also, she had a windows media 
video file she wanted to open up on the machine 
which is not compatible.So, she will just use the 
windows machine new by.

Hi USC Rep,

I received a new Mac computer on 11/20 to replace
my 2009 Mac.  It seems to be running slower than
my old one, is that normal???

Also I think I need to have iMovies as I don't
seem to be able to open some videos and I don't
have an Apple app log-in.

I'm good - I had some on my desktop and just moved
them into a folder in my H drive and also backed
them up on a memory stick.

We have a new iMac ready to be delivered and
setup. We will need to make sure nothing is saved
locally on your machine (desktop, documents) if
you have files saved locally they need to be moved
to a network drive or an external drive. If you
need assistance with this please let me know. What
does your availability look like next week or the
following week.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) An iMac needs to be setup and delivered to 
Konnie Sayers in ED 220. The WOU # of the new computer is 
20140650[Edit Inv] and the old computer is 20090487[Edit Inv]. The new equipment 
is on the counter in ITC 008.
