is located on my desk below my cork board with a
sticky note with his name on it.

Your Mac has been delivered back from Apple. You
can pick it up at anytime you would like. If I am
not in the office give the front desk your service
request number (58658). They will be able to see
were I have put your laptop and charger.

Did some testing with Megan and it seems that one
of the ports on the side of the laptop is not
working. We need to call this into Apple but I
emailed Jeff first for an index code in case this
is not under warranty.

Had Jeff come back in and the laptop didnt want to
turn on. He also noted that it died when you tried
to hook it up to an external screen. Need to
contact Apple. He took the extender for the power
cable with him.

Laptop is at the front desk, Jeff says that the
laptop is working. Just wanted us to clean it up,
and run some tests to make sure its functioning.
If it has issues he wants it to go to Apple. He
will then give us an index number if we get to
that point.
