Print has not jammed since taking some paper out
of the tray.

Called her 11/11 @ 4:05 asking if they have had a 
print jam since I went down and looked at it. They 
have not. I will be calling them on Friday 11/13 
for another update.

Went over and looked some more at this. I really
think the paper was to high in the tray. When it
would jam some of the papers were moved to the
left when you would open the tray that was saying
jammed. Having them try it for a day with little
paper in it.

I couldn't find any paper jammed within the 
printer. I went through all the processes to 
check
for paper jams - but no issues. There could 
also be the possibility of the paper tray being 
too full.

Hello,

We have a Xerox Phaser 7500 color printer in the
office (20120294) that has been acting up lately.
It will show a message saying that there is a
paper jam when there isn't. Also a lot of the time
it won't print unless you open and close all of
the trays. I was just wondering if someone could
come over and take a look at it?
